What happens after you submit the notification?
Once we receive a security vulnerability notification, we assign it a unique identifier and record all relevant information. We will acknowledge receipt of your report as soon as possible, providing the assigned ID.
If you submitted your report via our web platform, you may check its current status by sending an email to [email protected], indicating your case ID in the subject line. You will be informed by email of any updates regarding your case.
Should we require additional information from you, we will add a clarification note to your report and notify you via the email address you provided. You may add comments or attach files to your report at any time by email.
All email communications must be encrypted using PGP.
